This 106,000 s.f. building was designed to accommodate grades five, six, seven and eight. The academic classrooms were arranged as wings connected to the central building. Each grade level occupies a wing, for a total of 38 academic classrooms. At the center, the media center is the focus of the academic wings. Community and extra curricular activities - gymnasium, student commons, instrumental and choral rooms, industrial technology lab, multi-purpose room, art lab and family and consumer science lab are designed as a connected ‘field house’. The academic classroom wings can be secured while extra curricular activities occur in the ‘field house’.
