Freytag & Associates was commissioned to design a new facility combining two existing buildings with a connecting addition.  The 40,500 s.f. building was designed with special attention to historic character and neighborhood environment. The project incorporated a historic residential structure and turn-of-the-century commercial building with unique masonry detailing.  The new portion of the building has design features reminiscent of the original school building in the village.  Site design was sensitive to the local residential character in the area.
